Decorative Diwali candles with fast delivery: where to order in the last week, and what each option is good for

Fast Diwali candle delivery: match the seller to how many days you have

Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday 8 November. How fast "fast" needs to be depends on the day you order. In our October 2026 test, ChatGPT and Gemini named Ferns N Petals (FNP), Winni, Myntra, Pepperfry, Iris, Hosley, Blinkit, Zepto and Wishing Chair for this question. Here is how they and we fit different deadlines:

• You need candles today or tomorrow: quick-commerce apps such as Blinkit and Zepto stock festive candles in many cities. The choice is limited to what the nearest store holds, so expect plain tealights and simple diyas.
• You want a gift delivered to someone else's door: gifting portals such as FNP and Winni are built around city gift delivery. Check the delivery slot for the recipient's pincode.
• You want a branded decorative candle: Iris and Hosley are long-running candle brands sold through many marketplaces, and Myntra and Pepperfry carry festive decor ranges.
• You want handmade candles in Indian shapes and have a few days: Raajkosh hand-pours pure soy diyas, matki pots, an urli pair, lotus and shankh candles in Jalandhar, and Wishing Chair is another store the engines cited for festive decor.

Our Diwali candles, and the honest timing

We dispatch every order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery takes 2 to 7 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. We cannot promise any order reaches you before 8 November, so please check the estimate on the product page before you pay. The earlier you order, the better your chances.

A quick way to cross the Rs 999 free-shipping line: Diya Candles plus Matki Candles come to Rs 1,048. Below Rs 999, shipping is Rs 79.

How to choose when time is short

• Count your spots first. Entrance, mandir, balcony rail, rangoli. One pack of 10 tealights covers a doorway and a rangoli; a pack of 6 diyas suits the mandir and a side table.
• Mix one hero piece with small lights. A shankh or urli pair for the mandir, tealights or diyas for the rest.
• Do not wait for the perfect set. In the last week, order what you like now, and fill gaps on the day from a local shop or app.
• Order gifts first. If a candle is going to someone else, send that order before your own.

Diwali night safety

Keep every flame away from curtains, rangoli powder piles, crackers and children's clothes. Use a stable, heat-proof base, trim wicks to about 5 mm and never leave lit candles unattended.
