You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order is dispatched. Write to maharani@raajkosh.com or WhatsApp +91 85958 24586 with your order number as soon as possible; we confirm every cancellation in writing.

Anything you paid for an order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full within 5–7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can request a return under our returns policy.

Custom and personalised orders can be cancelled free of charge until we start making them. After that we cannot cancel or refund them, because the piece is made for you; we will tell you when making begins.

We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if:

• ✦an item is out of stock or cannot be made in time;
• ✦a price or description was shown in error;
• ✦the pincode is outside our delivery area (currently India) or our couriers cannot serve it;
• ✦we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel, we tell you why and refund anything you paid in full within 5–7 working days. We do not charge you any cancellation fee, whoever cancels.
