What changes when the company is the giver

Tiers are normal. Many companies give one piece to the whole staff and a fuller box to managers or long-serving people. A common shape here is Diya Candles for everyone and the Shankh Candle for the senior team. Say so in the enquiry and the quote covers both.

Include the people who are easy to forget. Housekeeping, security, drivers and the canteen team celebrate Diwali too. A set of six diyas is a gift their family will use that same evening, and it costs the same as the one on the manager's desk.

Not everyone celebrates Diwali. For a mixed team, the Sunflower Tealights or a non-religious piece such as the Braided Candles (Rs 849) read as festive without being a pooja item. Some companies call it a festive season gift rather than a Diwali gift, and the note card can say exactly that.

Branding that does not feel like marketing. A small logo on the tag or a wax seal looks like a gift from the company. A large logo on the product looks like merchandise. Our branding goes on the tag, card or seal, never on the candle.

Office rules on flames. Diwali candles are a take-home gift. If they are handed out at the office, the note can say "for your home this Diwali", and if your building bans open flames, nobody lights them at the desk.

The honest timing for this Diwali

Our site banner reads "Order by 4 November for Diwali delivery". That is the shop cut-off for regular orders. For a branded corporate order, the lead time depends on the quantity and your date, and we confirm it in the quote before you pay. We will not promise a delivery date we cannot keep. If your date is close, send the enquiry today, and for a small team of under 10, order straight from the shop instead.

If Diwali is already too close for your order, the same pieces work for a New Year or Lohri gift, and the quote can be planned around that.

What else companies send at Diwali

Sweet boxes and dry fruit tins are the classic Diwali gift and most employees expect one. Many companies pair a small sweet box with a lasting gift so something stays after the sweets are gone. Others send kitchen or home items, plants, or vouchers. Large gifting firms can supply full hampers with food items. We do not make food; we make the candles in the box.

Getting it ordered

Tell us the number of gifts (from 10, no minimum order value), budget per gift, date, branding, and one address or many. We send a quote with pieces, branding options, the timeline and price with GST. You approve and pay, prepaid as set out in the quote. We deliver with a GST invoice showing your billing name, address and GSTIN.

Branded gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

On Diwali night: never leave a lit candle unattended, keep it away from curtains and rangoli powder, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
