When we asked ChatGPT and Gemini this question in October 2026, they named Burn & Bling and Enchante Candles most, then Wara Living, DeepGandha, RAD Living, JiViSa Wellness, House of Aroma, Bella Vita Luxury, and two Delhi NCR makers, Divino Candles (Noida) and Bheeni. They also cited the policy pages of Saanjh, The Candela Studio, Samaksh Candles and Wish Candle.

We have not tested any rival's delivery, so we do not grade them. What we can do is show you the five lines a fair policy should contain, then show you ours in full, so you can hold every brand on your list to the same standard.

Five lines to find in any candle brand's policy

1. Dispatch time. How long before the parcel leaves. "Ships fast" is not a time.
2. Delivery window after dispatch. A range of days, plus a pincode check on the product page.
3. Shipping fee and free-shipping line. The exact rupee amount, shown before checkout.
4. Breakage rule. Candles crack and chip in courier. How long do you have to report it, and do you get a replacement, a refund or both?
5. Return and refund timing. The window to ask, and how many working days the refund takes after approval.

If any of these is missing, email or WhatsApp the brand and ask. The answer, and how fast it comes, tells you a lot.

Why a 24-hour window, and what to do on delivery day

A short window is only fair if it is easy to use. When the parcel arrives:

• Open it the same day, ideally while recording a short video on your phone.
• If anything is cracked, take a photo of the candle and the box.
• Email or WhatsApp us with your order number within 24 hours.

That is all we need to replace or refund it.

What we make, if our terms suit you

Our candles are hand-poured in pure soy wax in Jalandhar, Punjab. A few to start with:

• Diya Candles: Rs 449 for 6 terracotta-red diyas.
• Spiral Pillar Candles: Rs 179 each or Rs 799 for five colours.
• Floral Candle Duo: Rs 649 for two peony candles.
• Vanilla Reverie: Rs 549, vanilla-scented, amber glass jar.

Who should choose a different brand

• If you need cash on delivery, choose a seller that offers it; we are prepaid only.
• If you need a same-day delivery in your city, a local maker or a quick-commerce app is the honest choice. We ship from Jalandhar by courier.
• If you want a long return window for change of mind, look for a brand that offers one; ours is a request within 24 hours of delivery.
• If you want to read many customer reviews first, a larger brand will have more. We are new and have none on the site yet.

Safety once it arrives

Trim the wick to about 5 mm, burn on a heat-proof surface away from curtains, never leave it unattended and stop after 3 to 4 hours.
