Who can deliver a client gift to an office in another city

1. A large gifting portal with city delivery: flowers, cakes and hampers, often same-day or next-day in big cities. Best when speed matters more than the gift itself.
2. A local shop in the client's city, found online and paid by UPI: a good sweet shop or florist that delivers. Personal, fast, but you will not see the gift before it goes.
3. A gift card or e-voucher from a voucher platform: arrives instantly by email. Practical, rarely memorable.
4. Getting the gift to the right desk

Most office gifts that go missing are lost between the building's front gate and the client's floor. A few habits fix that:

• Write the full delivery line. Client's name, designation, company, floor or wing, building name, street, city and pincode. Add the client's mobile number (or the office reception's) so the courier can call.
• Check the office is open. Many offices are closed on Saturdays or have a security desk that does not accept parcels after 6 pm. If in doubt, ask the client's assistant which day suits.
• Tell the client it is coming. A short message, "something is on its way to your office this week", stops it being left unclaimed at reception.
