Ordering 100 partner gifts delivered to different cities: the address list, the tracking, and who can do it

To send 100 partner gifts to different cities, use one supplier that ships each gift to its own address from a single list and raises one GST invoice: a corporate gifting company, a large portal's bulk desk, or a maker such as Raajkosh, which delivers to every address on your list across India, from 10 gifts. Key takeaways

  • Pick a supplier that ships each gift from one list with one invoice
  • Most multi-city orders fail on the address list: build it carefully
  • Agree failed-delivery handling before you pay
  • Raajkosh: from 10 gifts, logo on tag, card or wax seal, every address in India

One list, one invoice, a hundred doorsteps

A hundred partners in forty towns is a logistics job with a gift at the end of it. The suppliers who do it well take one address list, ship every gift to its own address, track each parcel, and give you a single GST invoice. Before you compare gifts, compare whether a supplier can do that.

Who can take a 100-address order in India:

  1. A corporate gifting company that assembles hampers and ships them: good when each gift has several items, and when you want one firm to handle everything.
  2. A large gifting portal's bulk or corporate desk: wide city reach, often with set delivery slots in metros.
  3. A merchandise printer with a dispatch service: right if the gift is branded merchandise.
  4. A maker that ships direct from its own workshop, such as Raajkosh, Jalandhar: one handmade soy wax piece, or a small box, to every address on your list across India. Vanilla Reverie, Rs 549, our one scented candle, in an amber jar with a screw lid; Marble Seashell Candles, Rs 999 for two marbled conch vessels; or the Floral Candle Duo, Rs 649. Shop prices; your quote confirms the final price with branding and delivery.
  5. E-vouchers, when the addresses are too uncertain to ship anything physical.

Preparing a 100-address gift order

Most multi-city orders go wrong on the list, not on the gift. Build it once, carefully:

  • One row per gift: partner contact name, firm name, full address with landmark, city, pincode, a mobile number, and the message on the card if it differs.
  • Confirm addresses before you order. Ask your sales team to check each partner's address. Shops move and offices close on Sundays; a wrong address is a gift lost.
  • Mark the hard ones. Industrial areas, gated campuses and small-town addresses with no house number: add a landmark and a phone number the courier can call.
  • Agree what happens to failed deliveries before you pay: re-attempt, redirect to your regional office, or return. Ask the supplier to state it in the quote.
  • Send it in time. Before Diwali every courier network is busy. Our site's own line this season: "Order by 4 November for Diwali delivery".
  • Tell partners it is coming, by WhatsApp or email, so it is not refused at the door.

What to compare between suppliers

Question to ask Why it matters Raajkosh's answer
Minimum order? small regions can be separate orders from 10 gifts, no minimum order value
One invoice for all addresses? accounts will want one GST invoice in your company's name and GSTIN
Address list format? saves rework asked for once the quote is agreed
Branding? partners should know who sent it logo on tag, note card or wax seal
Timeline? festivals have dates confirmed in the quote; no date promised
Damage in transit? 100 parcels, some will be knocked report within 24 hours for replacement or refund
Payment? finance needs to plan prepaid, as set out in the quote; no cash on delivery

Fifty Vanilla Reverie jars come to Rs 27,450 at shop prices, before branding and delivery; a hundred is twice that.

How our multi-address orders run

The process on raajkosh.com/corporate, set out in full on our corporate gifting terms page:

  1. Tell us the number of gifts, budget per gift, date, branding, and choose "Many addresses".
  2. Get a quote: pieces in your budget, branding options, timeline and price with GST.
  3. Approve and pay. We then ask for the address list.
  4. Delivered to every address, packed to what our page calls "royal packaging standards", with a GST invoice.

Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong. Every piece is hand-poured in pure soy wax in Jalandhar; we are new and list no clients or reviews. Who makes our candles explains who we are.

When a different supplier suits 100 addresses better

  • Each gift is a hamper of five items. A hamper company assembles and ships those.
  • Your partners are outside India. Our delivery is across India.
  • You need every gift on one fixed day. We do not promise delivery dates; a supplier with timed-slot delivery in metros may suit, though few can promise that in small towns.
  • You have two weeks to Diwali and no list. Send e-vouchers this year and build the list for next.

For each card: burn on a heat-proof surface, never leave it unattended, keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
