The four shells box gives four conch vessels in marbled blue, terracotta, sky blue and sand beige, each topped with wax shells, pearls and gold stars. It is the most substantial thing we make, and it reads as a keepsake rather than a consumable. Only Vanilla Reverie is scented; the shell and shankh pieces are decorative.

For a 25-year gift with a bigger budget, a third piece can be added to any box. Your quote confirms the total.

Choosing for someone who has been here longest

Think about who they are at home. Someone who keeps a home mandir will value the Shankh and Urli pair. Someone with a quieter, modern home will prefer the shells. If you do not know, ask their manager, or choose the four shells, which suit almost any living room.

Make the ceremony part of the gift. Long-service gifts are usually handed over at a town hall, an annual day or a team lunch. A box that opens well in front of people matters. We pack to royal packaging standards, and your note card can carry the years and a line from the managing director.

Include the spouse. A line on the card that thanks the family for sharing the years is common in Indian companies, and a home gift makes that line true.

When candles should not be the whole gift

Be honest about expectations in your company. For 20 and 25 years, many Indian employers give a gold or silver coin, a watch, a memento with an engraved plaque, or a cash award, and staff may expect that. In that case a handmade candle box works well as the personal, home part of the gift, sitting alongside the formal award, not replacing it. For 10 years, a candle box on its own is a fair gift at many companies, especially smaller ones.

Other long-service ideas teams use: a framed photo from the early years, a dinner voucher for two, an extra week of leave, or a donation in the person's name.

2. We quote the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST. The lead time depends on the quantity and your date.
3. Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote.
4. Delivered with a GST invoice in your company's name.
