The site banner currently says "Order by 4 November for Diwali delivery" for regular shop orders. For a branded corporate order the lead time depends on quantity and your date, so we confirm it in the quote before you pay.

Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
