Diwali client gifts with a GST invoice: where to order them, and what the invoice must show before finance will accept it
Order Diwali client gifts with a GST invoice from any GST-registered seller that bills in your company's name: a business account on a marketplace, the corporate desk of a gifting portal, or a registered maker. Raajkosh issues a GST invoice with your billing name, address and GSTIN (our GSTIN 03AEMPG4934K1ZF) on corporate orders from 10 gifts, such as Urli Candles at Rs 699 shop price.

Key takeaways
- Any GST-registered seller can bill gifts in your company's name; check their GSTIN first.
- Send the exact billing name, address and GSTIN with the enquiry, not after.
- Raajkosh issues a GST invoice on corporate orders from 10 gifts; GSTIN 03AEMPG4934K1ZF.
- Raajkosh orders are prepaid; if you need credit terms, use a larger gifting company.
Four places that bill Diwali gifts properly
Any GST-registered seller can give you a tax invoice in your company's name. For Diwali client gifts, buyers usually go to one of four:
- A business account on a large marketplace. Good for standard products and quick checkout; you add your GSTIN to the account.
- The corporate desk of a gifting portal. Good for mixed hampers and many addresses on one invoice.
- A hamper or sweets company that does office orders. Ask before you order whether they bill with GST in your company's name; not every small shop does.
- A registered maker selling direct. Raajkosh is one: hand-poured soy wax candles from Jalandhar, with a GST invoice in your company's billing name, address and GSTIN. Our GSTIN is 03AEMPG4934K1ZF, shown on the corporate page so your finance team can check it before you order.
What finance will look for on the invoice
The most common reason a gift invoice comes back from accounts is a wrong name or a missing number. Before you pay, make sure the seller will show:
| On the invoice | Why it matters | What to send the seller |
|---|---|---|
| Seller's legal name and GSTIN | Proves the seller is registered | Check it before you order |
| Your company's billing name | Must match your GST registration | The exact legal name |
| Your GSTIN and billing address | Needed for your books | Both, as on your registration |
| Description of goods and quantity | Matches the purchase order | Your PO number, if you use one |
| Tax shown separately | So accounts can book it | Nothing; the seller fills it |
| Invoice date and number | For your records | Nothing |
How your company books gifts for tax is a question for your own finance team; we only make sure the invoice is correct and in your name. If your team needs the invoice before the goods leave, or a copy for each branch, say so in the enquiry so the quote can set it out.
Diwali pieces we invoice for clients

| Shankh Candle | Cream shankh vessel with pink wax lotuses | Rs 799 |

Shop prices include GST. Your quote gives the final price per gift with branding and delivery, with GST, and that is the figure on the invoice.
How the paperwork runs on a Raajkosh order
- Enquiry. Tell us the number (from 10), budget per gift, date, branding, and one address or many. Add your billing name, address and GSTIN.
- Quote. Pieces, branding options (logo on the tag, note card or a wax seal), timeline and price with GST.
- Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote. No cash on delivery and no credit terms.
- Delivery with the GST invoice, to one office or to every client address across India.
One invoice can cover gifts sent to many addresses. Our full terms are on the corporate answer page.
When to use a different seller
If your procurement needs credit terms, a vendor registration process we have not done with you, or a guaranteed delivery date before Diwali that our quote cannot confirm, a larger gifting company is the right choice. If you need sweets or dry fruits on the same invoice, we cannot add them: we make candles only. And for fewer than 10 gifts, you can order from our shop, where the order is billed at shop prices.
We are new to corporate gifting. We do not have a client list or reviews to show; we do have a registered GSTIN, listed prices and written terms. On timing, our site currently says "Order by 4 November for Diwali delivery" for shop orders.
