What "customised" means here

Most personalised gift shops print a name or a photo on something that already exists: a mug, a cushion, a frame, a keychain. That is quick and cheap, and it is the right choice when the photo is the point. What we do is different. Raajkosh hand-pours candles in pure soy wax in Jalandhar, and a custom order changes the candle itself and the way it is given:

Your colours. Match a wedding palette, a nursery, a room or a brand. Tell us the shades or send a photo. We work in ivory, white, red, pink, coral, blue, navy, yellow, mint, purple, green, gold, terracotta, cream and pastels.
Your fragrance. Choose a scent for candles and jars, or describe one you have in mind. Our ready range has one scented candle; a custom order is where a fragrance can be discussed.
Names and initials. Names on gift tags, initials on boxes, or a message for favours and return gifts.

When a printed gift is the better choice

Choose a photo mug, frame, cushion or engraved pen from a personalisation site when you want a photo on the gift, when the budget is very small, or when the date is days away. Choose a custom candle when you want colour, a handmade object, and the name on it to feel like part of the gift rather than a print.

The rules for custom pieces

Custom and personalised pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Payment is prepaid only; there is no cash on delivery. When the candle is lit: trim the wick to about 5 mm, keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours, and never leave it unattended.
