Corporate gifts under Rs 300: four handmade desk pieces from Rs 179, and which one suits your teamCorporate gifts under Rs 300: four handmade desk pieces from Rs 179, and which one suits your team

Four pieces that fit a Rs 300 budget

At under Rs 300 a gift you have a real choice at Raajkosh: four small handmade soy wax pieces, each poured and finished by hand in Jalandhar. They are the size that sits on a desk, beside a monitor or on a bedside table, which is where small corporate gifts tend to end up.

These are shop prices with GST. For a corporate order, branding and delivery are priced in the quote, which confirms the final price per gift. If the whole thing must stay under Rs 300, tell us in the enquiry.

None of these four is scented. They are shaped decorative candles, chosen for how they look.

Picking between them for a team

For a big, mixed team, the Spiral Pillar. It has no hearts and no flowers, so it suits men and women equally, and the five colours let you match your logo. It is the safest under-Rs-300 pick for 100 people.

For a cheerful desk gift, the Blossom Candle. Pink and yellow blossoms and a scalloped edge: bright, happy and not romantic. Good for a spring gift, a Holi greeting or a team milestone.

Hearts: think about the occasion. The Heart Bubble and Heart Rope pieces are pretty and popular, but hearts can read as romantic. They suit a Women's Day gift, a thank-you from a team that knows each other well, or an all-women team. For clients or a formal office, choose the pillar or the blossom.

Think about the walk home. Gifts handed out at an office or an event go home in a laptop bag, on the metro or a two-wheeler. Small pieces like these four fit easily. Tell us in the enquiry if the gifts will be handed out by hand rather than delivered, so the packing in the quote suits that.

Keep one piece for everyone, or let people choose. If you want variety without fuss, split the order by colour of one piece (all Spiral Pillars, half navy and half ivory) rather than mixing four different pieces.

What else fits under Rs 300 at other sellers

At this budget, companies also give small sweet boxes, chocolates, printed notebooks and pens, mugs, desk plants and small stationery kits. Promotional suppliers print the logo directly on such items in large runs. We make none of those. Choose a handmade candle when you want the gift to look chosen rather than printed, and something else if your office does not allow open flames, unless the piece will stay as decor.

Ordering 10 or more

1. Tell us the number of gifts, your budget per gift, the date, the branding (tag, note card or wax seal), and one address or many.
2. We reply with a quote: the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST.
3. You approve and pay. Prepaid as set out in the quote; no cash on delivery.
4. We deliver to one office or every address, with a GST invoice in your billing name and GSTIN.

Orders start at 10 gifts, with no minimum order value. For fewer than 10, buy straight from the shop or the under Rs 500 edit.

The lead time depends on quantity and date and is confirmed in the quote; we do not promise a delivery date in advance. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Raajkosh is new to corporate gifting; you will be talking to the makers.

For whoever lights one: trim the wick to about 5 mm, burn on a heat-proof surface, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
