How a Gurgaon office buys a gift

Gurgaon is NCR's corporate headquarters belt. Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Udyog Vihar, Sohna Road and the newer towers along the Dwarka Expressway are full of multinational offices, consulting and audit firms, global capability centres and funded startups. That changes how gifts get bought. In a Delhi family business, the owner picks the gift. In a Gurgaon MNC, the request usually goes through an admin or HR team, then a procurement or finance step, and the supplier needs to fit the company's process: a written quote, a purchase order, a GST invoice, and sometimes vendor onboarding.

Raajkosh is a small maker of handmade soy wax candles in Jalandhar, Punjab. For a Gurgaon office, here is what we can put in writing: corporate orders from 10 gifts with no minimum order value; your logo on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal; a quote listing the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST; a GST invoice with your billing name, address and GSTIN (ours is 03AEMPG4934K1ZF, registered to Reetu Goel, sole proprietor, trading as RR Creations); and delivery to one office or every address on your list. If your procurement team needs a vendor form filled, tell us in the enquiry. We have no Gurgaon office; every order ships from Jalandhar.

A global calendar, not just Diwali

Gurgaon companies with teams and clients abroad gift on more dates than most. Diwali is the big one, but Christmas and New Year matter for global client lists, and many firms send a gift at the financial year close, at a new office opening, or after a big project. Joining kits run all year, given how often Gurgaon teams hire. A neutral piece that suits any faith and any desk is useful here.

Client-desk pieces for a Gurgaon list

For leadership or top clients, a two-piece box works well: Marble Seashell Candles with Vanilla Reverie come to Rs 1,548 at shop prices. The quote confirms the final price per gift with branding and delivery.

One check before you choose: many Gurgaon towers have strict fire rules on open flames at desks. A candle given there should be one that looks good unlit and goes home, or you should choose another gift.

Paperwork, prepaid, and the quote as the record

Corporate orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote. There is no cash on delivery. The quote is the document your procurement team can attach to the purchase order: it states the pieces, the branding, the timeline and the price with GST. Branded and personalised gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong; damage reported within 24 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded.

We do not quote a Gurgaon delivery time on this page. It depends on quantity, branding and your date, and the quote confirms it.

From request to reception desk

1. Tell us the number of gifts, the budget per gift, the date, branding, and one address or a list of client addresses.
2. Get a quote for your approval chain.
3. Approve and pay against the quote.
4. Delivered to the office reception or each address, with a GST invoice.

Other suppliers a Gurgaon admin team uses

Gurgaon offices also order branded tech, premium apparel, desk accessories, gourmet hampers and vouchers, usually from large gifting portals and merchandise firms that handle global brand guidelines. For those, they are the right choice. A handmade candle from a small maker is for the gift that should feel personal on a client's desk or a leader's shelf. Our client gifts with your logo page covers that use in more detail.
