Branded corporate gifts in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula: the kinds of supplier, and a handmade maker one city awayBranded corporate gifts in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula: the kinds of supplier, and a handmade maker one city away

Who brands corporate gifts for tricity companies

Ask for a branded corporate gift in Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula and you will meet five kinds of supplier. Each brands something different:

1. Merchandise printers. Logo printed on T-shirts, bottles, diaries and bags. The right call when the logo itself is the point, such as an event kit or a uniform.
2. Local hamper studios. Baskets of dry fruit, chocolate and decor with a branded card. Good for Diwali and client lists.
3. Sweet shops with a corporate desk. Mithai and dry fruit boxes in branded sleeves. Familiar, fast, eaten in a week.
4. National gifting portals. Large catalogues across categories, with delivery to many cities. Useful when one order has to cover several product types.
5. Small makers who brand the packaging, not the product. This is where Raajkosh sits. We hand-pour soy wax candles in Jalandhar, in the same state as Mohali, and your logo goes on the tag, the note card or a wax seal. Pieces that suit a tricity office: the Blossom Candle at Rs 299, the Heart Bubble Candle at Rs 249, Sunflower Tealights at Rs 449 for ten, and Vanilla Reverie, our one scented candle, at Rs 549.

Deciding where your logo should go

Branding is the reason most tricity buyers ask this question, so decide that first.

• On the product. Choose a merchandise printer. A logo printed across a bottle or a T-shirt is promotion; people use it, but rarely as a gift they value.
• On the packaging or card. Choose a hamper studio or a maker. The gift stays personal and the brand sits beside it. A handmade candle with a printed logo on its side would spoil the piece, which is why ours goes on the tag, card or seal.
• Who receives it. IT and services teams in the Mohali and Chandigarh IT parks often want a desk piece. Government-facing businesses should check their clients' gift rules before sending anything branded. Panchkula family businesses often gift dealers at Diwali; a box that suits the home works better than office merchandise.
• One office or many homes. Hybrid teams scattered across the tricity and beyond are easier to serve from a supplier that ships to every address on a list.

Raajkosh terms for a Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula order

The full set is on the Raajkosh corporate gifting answer page. In short:

• From 10 gifts, with no minimum order value. Fewer than 10, order straight from the shop.
• Logo on the tag, the note card or a wax seal. Exact branding options and the lead time depend on quantity and date, and are confirmed in the quote.
• GST invoice with your company's billing name, address and GSTIN. Our GSTIN is 03AEMPG4934K1ZF.
• Delivery to one office or every address on a list, across India.
• Pieces mixed into one gift box to reach a budget, or one piece for everyone.
• Prepaid, as set out in the quote. No cash on delivery.

We make the candles ourselves and we are new. Read who makes our candles before you ask for a quote. We have no office, shop or warehouse in the tricity; your order is couriered from Jalandhar, so check the delivery estimate for your pincode and plan early.

When a tricity buyer should pick another supplier

If you want the logo printed on the gift itself, a merchandise printer is the honest answer. If you need T-shirts, gadgets or drinkware, we do not make them. If the gifts must arrive on a fixed date for an event, choose a local supplier who can confirm it; we confirm timelines in the quote and never promise a date in advance. And if the recipients work in offices that ban open flames, a candle can stay as unlit decor, but a different gift may suit them better.

If they do light it: never leave it burning alone, trim the wick to about 5 mm, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.

Send the number of gifts, the budget per gift, your logo and the addresses through raajkosh.com/corporate, or WhatsApp +91 85958 24586.
