Corporate gifts in Bangalore: handmade candle gifts for tech teams, sent to the office or to every homeCorporate gifts in Bangalore: handmade candle gifts for tech teams, sent to the office or to every home

Gifting a Bangalore team that sits in three places

A corporate gift in Bangalore rarely goes to one building. A typical tech company or global capability centre has people at a campus in Whitefield or Electronic City, a floor on the Outer Ring Road, a few in a co-working space in Koramangala or HSR, and a growing number working from home in Sarjapur, Hebbal or another state altogether. So the first question for any supplier is not what the gift is but whether it can reach all of those addresses.

Raajkosh can. We are a small maker of handmade soy wax candles in Jalandhar, Punjab, and we take corporate orders from 10 gifts with no minimum order value. Your logo goes on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal. You get a GST invoice with your company's billing name, address and GSTIN, and we deliver to one office or to every address on your list. We have no office, store or warehouse in Bangalore: every gift ships from our workshop in Jalandhar, and the timeline for your order is confirmed in the quote.

Bangalore's gifting calendar, from Ugadi to the year-end

Bangalore offices gift through the year, and the city's mixed teams mean more than one festival matters.

• Ugadi in spring, the Kannada and Telugu new year, is a good moment for a small token to the whole floor.
• Onam matters to the many Malayali staff in the city's IT parks, and a floral, festive piece suits it.
• Dasara and Ayudha Pooja are big in Karnataka. Factories and offices honour their tools and machines, which makes it a natural staff gift day.
• Deepavali is the largest gifting moment for most companies here, for staff and for clients.
• Christmas and New Year count for companies with global teams and year-end client lists.

Alongside these, Bangalore HR teams send joining kits and work-anniversary gifts all year, which is where a single handmade piece in a welcome box fits well.

Five pieces that suit a Bangalore office

For a client gift above Rs 999, we can put two pieces in one gift box: Urli Candles with a Lotus Candle come to Rs 1,048 at shop prices. For a large team, keep to one piece so every desk gets the same thing.

A candle is the wrong choice if your building bans open flames (keep it as decor or choose another gift), or if your team expects gadgets or branded hoodies.

From Jalandhar to Whitefield: how delivery works

We ship every corporate order from Jalandhar by courier, either in bulk to your office reception or individually to each person's home address. Remote staff living outside Bangalore get theirs at their own address in the same order. Because handmade pieces and branding take time, we never promise a Bangalore-specific delivery day on this page; tell us your date and the quote will say what we can do for it. If you are ordering close to a festival, ask early.

Ordering for your Bangalore team, step by step

1. Tell us the number of gifts, your budget per gift, the date, the branding and whether it goes to one office or many homes.
2. Get a quote with the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST.
3. Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid as set out in the quote; no cash on delivery.
4. Delivered with a GST invoice. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery.

What else Bangalore companies give, and when to pick it

Bangalore offices also give tech accessories, desk plants, coffee and snack hampers, sweets and dry fruits at Deepavali, branded apparel for offsites, and vouchers. If any of those is your brief, a gifting portal, a merchandise printer or a hamper company is the better supplier. A handmade candle is for the moment you want the gift to look chosen and stay on a desk or a home shelf after the festival. For a wider look at our corporate range, see corporate gifts in India.
