Why the bottle is being replaced

A bottle of wine or whisky used to be the default "classy" client gift. What makes a non-alcohol gift look classy

• Fewer, better things. One fine object in a good box beats a basket of six average ones. This is where many hampers lose the client.
• Muted colours and natural materials. Cream, marble, amber glass, leather, tea in a tin. Avoid neon packaging and large slogans.
• A small logo, a real note. Put your brand on the tag or a wax seal, not across the gift.
