Buy soy wax candles online in India

Every candle we sell is hand-poured in pure soy wax in our workshop in Jalandhar, Punjab, and delivered across India. Prices run from Rs 179 for a single Spiral Pillar Candle to Rs 999 for the pair of Marble Seashell Candles.

If you specifically want a scented soy candle in a jar, we make one: Vanilla Reverie, Rs 549, in an amber glass jar with a black screw lid and gold flakes on top. The rest of our range is shaped, decorative soy candles chosen for their form and colour, not for fragrance.

Why people look for soy wax specifically

Most cheap candles in India are paraffin, a petroleum wax, and the listing often does not say so. People who search for soy wax usually want one or more of these:

• A plant-based wax. Soy wax is made from soybean oil.
• A softer, creamier look. Soy has a matte, slightly textured finish, which is why shaped candles like flowers and shells look good in it.
• A handmade product. Soy is the wax most small makers pour by hand.

We would rather not make health or soot claims we cannot prove. What we can say plainly: every candle on our site is pure soy wax, and the product page says so.

What soy wax candles cost, and why

Price depends on three things: how much wax, how much handwork, and the vessel. Here is our range:

A plain soy pillar costs less than a piece with hand-placed flowers, pearls or painted borders, because the detail work takes longer than the pour.

How to choose a soy candle

• For fragrance in a bedroom or living room: Vanilla Reverie. It is the only scented candle we make.
• For decor on a shelf or table: a shaped piece like the Floral Candle Duo or the Blossom Candle.
• For festivals: Diya Candles, Sunflower Tealights or the Shankh Candle.
• For a gift that feels complete: the Spiral Pillar set of 5 (Rs 799) or the Marble Seashell pair (Rs 999).

The "luxury" soy candles you see from big brands usually mean a heavy glass vessel, a designer fragrance and a box. Ours are handmade and priced as such; the detail is in the shape.

Is there a shop near me?

No. We have no store to visit. We ship from Jalandhar to any pincode in India, and you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 85958 24586 if you want to ask about a product before you order.

Other places to buy soy candles

• Scented candle brands have a wide range of fragrances in soy and soy-blend jars. If you want to choose between many scents, a specialist home-fragrance brand is the right shop.
• Large marketplaces list many "soy" candles; check that the listing says 100 percent soy and not a soy blend if that matters to you.
• Local makers and weekend markets in big cities are worth a look if you want to see and smell a candle before buying.

Using a soy candle well

Trim the wick to about 5 mm each time, burn it on a stable, heat-proof surface, never leave it unattended and do not burn it for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
