Getting it right for a works or a branch office

Factory and site staff. Many Ayudha Pooja gift lists run into hundreds, from machine operators to drivers and security. Keep one piece for everyone, such as the Diya Candles, so the gift is the same on the shop floor and in the office.

Tiers for supervisors and management. A common pattern is one piece for all staff and a fuller gift for supervisors: the Urli Candles, or the Shankh Candle with the Lotus Candle in one box at Rs 799 + Rs 349 = Rs 1,148 at shop prices. One quote can cover both tiers.

Shift workers and those on leave. If people will not all be on site on the pooja day, send to homes. Choose many addresses on the enquiry form.

The traditional workplace gift is a box of sweets and a bonus, often with a steel vessel, a dhoti or saree, a bag, or a hamper of pooja items such as kumkum, turmeric, camphor and agarbatti. Timing, and how to order

Ayudha Pooja falls on the ninth day of Navaratri, so the date moves each year. The lead time for a branded order depends on the quantity and your date, and we confirm it in the quote, so send the enquiry well before Navaratri.

1. Tell us the number of gifts (from 10, no minimum order value), budget per gift for each tier, the date, branding, and one address or many.
2. We quote the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST.
3. Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote.
4. Delivered to the office, works or every home, with a GST invoice in your company's name and GSTIN.

For fewer than 10 gifts, order from the shop; shipping is free from Rs 999 and Rs 79 below. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

At home: never leave a lit diya or candle unattended, keep it away from flowers and cloth on the pooja shelf, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
