Running it every month without a fuss

Anniversaries arrive a few at a time, which is the awkward part for HR. Three ways teams handle it:

Group by quarter. Count everyone with an anniversary in the next three months. If that is 10 or more, it becomes one corporate order with branded tags, one quote, one GST invoice and a list of home addresses. The note card for each person can carry their years.

Keep a small stock. Order 10 or 20 of one piece at once and hand them out as dates come. The Blossom Candle or Daisy Tealights work best for this because they are the same for everyone.

Under 10 people a year. Order straight from the shop at the listed prices. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 999 or more, Rs 79 below.

Choosing for the person, not just the number

Remote and hybrid staff. An anniversary gift at someone's home, on or near the date, lands better than a parcel waiting at an empty desk. Send us the addresses once the quote is agreed.

Mixed teams. Every piece in the table works for anyone; none of them is a religious item except the Shankh Candle, which suits people who keep a home mandir. For a five-year gift for someone who does not, choose the Seashell Candles.

Offices that ban open flames. The candle is for home. If it stays on the desk, it stays as decor, and the sculpted pieces look finished unlit.

Write the number down. "Three years with us" on the card does more than any upgrade in the gift. If you want the employee's name on the tag as well, ask for it in the enquiry and we confirm what is possible in the quote.

What else companies give for work anniversaries

Many HR teams use a recognition platform with points or vouchers, which is easy to scale but feels like cash. Others give an extra day off, a team lunch, a framed certificate, or a branded item such as a bottle or a backpack. For long service, watches, silver coins and gold-plated awards are traditional. A handmade candle is a good fit for the early milestones and for people who would rather have something for their home than another branded object. It is not a substitute for public recognition: say thank you in front of the team as well.

1. Tell us the number of gifts, the budget per gift for each milestone, your date, branding, and one address or many.
2. We send a quote with the pieces, branding options, the timeline and the price with GST. The lead time depends on the quantity and your date and is confirmed there.
3. Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote.
4. Delivered with a GST invoice in your company's name.

Branded and personalised gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

At home: never leave a lit candle unattended, trim the wick to about 5 mm, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
