Buying wedding return gifts in bulk: how a 50 to 300 guest order works, what it costs at shop prices, and what the quote fixes
Raajkosh takes bulk wedding return gift orders for 50 to 300 guests: handmade soy wax candles from Rs 179 a piece at shop prices, in your colours, names or initials on the tags, delivered to your home or the venue. There is no public bulk rate; the quote at raajkosh.com/corporate confirms the final price per gift.

Key takeaways
- Bulk wedding orders run from 50 to 300 guests, names or initials on the tags.
- No public bulk rate: the quote confirms the final price per gift; shop prices start at Rs 179.
- 50 Diya Candle sets come to Rs 22,450 at shop prices; multiply by six for 300.
- A wholesale market is cheaper per piece; a maker packs, names and delivers.
Bulk buying, straight from the maker
If you are buying return gifts for a whole wedding, you are really doing three jobs: choosing one or two pieces, getting a firm price for the full quantity, and making sure every box arrives before the function. Raajkosh does this as a bulk order for 50 to 300 guests: hand-poured soy wax candles made in our Jalandhar atelier, in your colours, with names or initials on the tags, delivered to your home or the venue. Start the enquiry at raajkosh.com/corporate and choose "Wedding return gifts".
One honest point before you start. We do not publish a wholesale or bulk rate. Every bulk order gets a quote that confirms the final price per gift, including the tags, packing and delivery. The shop prices below are where the quote starts.
Starting prices per piece
Shop price; your quote confirms the final price per gift.
| Piece | Pack | Shop price | 50 pieces at shop price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spiral Pillar Candle | 1 pillar | Rs 179 | Rs 8,950 |
| Blossom Candle | 1 candle | Rs 299 | Rs 14,950 |
| Lotus Candle | 1 lotus | Rs 349 | Rs 17,450 |
| Diya Candles | 6 diyas | Rs 449 | Rs 22,450 |
| Matki Candles | 4 pots | Rs 599 | Rs 29,950 |
For 300 guests, multiply the 50-piece figure by six.
Bulk from a maker vs a wholesale market
Wedding families usually choose between three routes. Each has a place:
- A wholesale market or a return-gift wholesaler (Sadar Bazaar, Crawford Market and similar): the lowest price per piece, wide choice, cash and carry. You do the packing and the tags yourself.
- An online marketplace: easy for small counts, but 200 identical pieces from a reseller can arrive in mixed batches and without your names.
- A maker like us: the piece is made for you, packed, tagged with your names and delivered with a GST invoice. Not the cheapest per piece, and our range is only candles.
If price per piece is the only measure, a wholesale market wins. If you want the gifts packed, named and delivered while you handle the rest of the wedding, ask us.
Before you place a bulk order
- Fix the count by household. Many families give one gift per household rather than per guest, which can shrink a 300-guest list a lot.
- Decide on one piece or two tiers. A single piece for all keeps the order simple. A second, larger piece for 20 or 30 close relatives is common.
- Pick a date for delivery that leaves room. The lead time depends on quantity and your date, and it is confirmed in the quote. We cannot promise a delivery date, so ask early.
- Choose one address or the venue. We deliver to your home, to the venue, or to a list of addresses for guests who could not attend.
What else families buy in bulk
Common bulk return gifts at Indian weddings include steel utensils, dry-fruit boxes, potli bags, silver-coated coins, mithai, small idols and potted plants. Utensils and coins are best from a specialist wholesaler. Mithai is best from your local halwai, close to the date. We are one part of the plan: the decorative, shubh piece with your names on it.
Placing a bulk order with Raajkosh
The enquiry form asks for everything the quote needs, so filling it in fully saves a round of messages. If you have not fixed the guest count yet, give a range (for example 150 to 200) and ask for the quote to cover both ends.
- Send the guest count, budget per gift, wedding date, colours, tag text and delivery address through raajkosh.com/corporate or WhatsApp +91 85958 24586.
- Receive a quote: pieces, tags, timeline and price with GST.
- Approve and pay. Bulk orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote; there is no cash on delivery.
- Delivered packed, with a GST invoice.
Personalised gifts are not returnable unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. On every tag: never leave a burning candle unattended and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
