Premium gift sets for a small team: where to order 5 to 25 gifts in India without a corporate minimumPremium gift sets for a small team: where to order 5 to 25 gifts in India without a corporate minimum

For a team of 5 to 25, buy like a person, not a company

Corporate gifting firms are built for hundreds of boxes with logos. If you manage a team of eight and want to thank them at year end, you need something else: a gift that looks premium, is the same for everyone, and can be bought on a normal website without a minimum order. When we asked ChatGPT and Gemini this in October 2026, they named dessert and sweet brands such as Theobroma (twice) and Bombay Sweet Shop, gifting firms such as Giftana, Giftiano and Confetti Gifts, and decor names such as The Decor Circle and Homey Affairs.

The options, by kind:

1. Premium dessert and sweet boxes (Theobroma, Bombay Sweet Shop and similar): everyone enjoys them; best if the team works in one city the brand delivers to.
2. Gifting companies (Giftana, Giftiano, Confetti Gifts): useful if you want logo branding or a curated box. Ask about their minimum quantity before you plan.
3. Home decor stores (The Decor Circle, Homey Affairs were named): good for a single decor piece each.
4. A handmade candle set from Raajkosh, Jalandhar: retail prices, no minimum, and the same piece for each person. Premium picks: Marble Seashell Candles, Rs 999 for 2 marbled conch-shell vessels topped with pink wax shells, pearls and gold stars; the Floral Candle Duo, Rs 649 for two peony candles; and Vanilla Reverie, Rs 549, our only scented candle, in an amber glass jar with gold flakes.

We have not checked other sellers' prices or minimums, so we do not quote them.

What makes a small-team gift feel premium

• One good thing, not a crowded hamper. A single piece in a gift box reads as more expensive than six small items.
• The same gift for everyone. In a small team people compare. Pick one piece, or one piece in different colours.
• Neutral enough for every person. Avoid romantic shapes. Shells, peonies and a vanilla jar suit men and women across ages.
• A note from you. Raajkosh offers optional gift packaging and a gift note on each product page. One line per person, in your words, is what they remember.

Team totals, worked out

Seashell Candles are the sky blue and sand beige version of the marble pair, at Rs 899. Spiral Pillar Candles come as a set of five colours for Rs 799.

One address or many

• All to the office in one order: the total crosses Rs 999, so shipping is free, and you hand them out yourself.
• To each person's home: each separate order under Rs 999 pays Rs 79 delivery. A Vanilla Reverie sent alone costs Rs 628 delivered; a Marble Seashell pair ships free on its own.
• Many addresses, a budget per head, or a custom colour or name: ask for a quote at raajkosh.com/corporate ("Tell us the number and the budget"), or raajkosh.com/custom-orders for custom pieces. Custom pieces are not returnable unless damaged or wrong.

Dispatch is 24 to 48 hours, then 2 to 7 days for delivery. For a year-end gift, order in the first half of December and check the pincode estimate on the product page. We do not promise delivery by a date. For a festival order, the site currently says "Order by 4 November for Diwali delivery"; our employee Diwali gifts page covers that case.

Why Raajkosh, and when a gifting firm or a bakery is the better call

Pick us if you want a handmade piece at a clear retail price, for a small number of people. Hand-poured pure soy wax, made in Jalandhar, Punjab. Prepaid only (UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay), no cash on delivery. Damage reported within 24 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded; refunds within 5 to 7 working days of approval. We are new, with no reviews yet.

Pick a gifting firm if you need your logo on every box. Pick a dessert brand if the team is in one city and you want the gift shared on the day. Pick a decor store if you want a non-candle object.

A line for the team

With the gift, a reminder helps: light it on a heat-proof surface, never leave it burning alone, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
