Making appreciation gifts feel personal for a large team: six methods that scale to 100 or 300 people
To make appreciation gifts feel personal for a large team, keep the gift the same but personalise the layer around it: each person's name on the tag, one specific line from their own manager, a colour they choose, and a hand-delivered moment. Raajkosh pieces that come in colours, such as the Spiral Pillar Candle (five colours, Rs 179) and Daisy Tealights (two sets, Rs 449), make the choice easy.

Key takeaways
- Keep the gift the same; personalise the tag, the card and the moment.
- Ask each manager for one specific line per person, not one message for all.
- Offer a colour choice: the Spiral Pillar Candle comes in five colours at Rs 179 shop price.
- Run it from one spreadsheet and check every name before sending.
Same gift, personal wrapping: six methods
With 100 or 300 people, you cannot choose a different gift for each one. You do not need to. Keep the gift the same and personalise the layer around it. Six methods that scale:
- Their name on the tag. The single biggest difference between a corporate gift and a personal one. Send the list as a spreadsheet.
- One line from their own manager. Not the CEO's message printed 300 times. Ask each manager for one sentence per person; it takes ten minutes for a team of eight.
- Let them choose a colour. A short form with three or five options. People treat a gift they picked as their own.
- Group by team. Each team gets a slightly different card, written by its lead, about something that team did this year.
- Hand it over in person where you can, at a team meeting, not left on desks overnight.
- Send it home for remote staff, with a message the day before so they know it is coming.
Gifts that make colour choice easy
A gift that comes in several colours lets you offer a choice without changing the product, the price or the packing:
| Piece | Colour choices | Shop price | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spiral Pillar Candle | Ivory, pink, blue, yellow or navy | Rs 179 | Very large teams, lowest price per head |
| Heart Bubble Candle | White or light blue | Rs 249 | Young teams, a desk gift |
| Lotus Candle | Green and red, or coral pink | Rs 349 | Festive appreciation, home mandirs |
| Daisy Tealights | Mint and ivory, or purple and ivory | Rs 449 | A generous-looking gift for all |
Today's shop prices with GST included; the quote confirms the final price per gift with branding, names and delivery. At shop prices, every 50 Spiral Pillar Candles come to Rs 8,950.
Running the personal layer without drowning in it
The work in personalisation is the list, not the gift. A clean process:
- One spreadsheet, one row per person: name as they like it spelt, team, colour choice, manager's line, delivery address if remote.
- A one-week window for managers to fill in their lines. Send one reminder.
- Read it once before sending to the supplier. A wrong name on a personalised tag cannot be returned.
- Send it with the enquiry, not after the quote, so the supplier can confirm what is possible for your quantity and date.
For names on tags, ask in your quote: names or initials on the tag can be requested alongside your logo, and the quote confirms it.
What makes a large-team gift feel impersonal
- A message signed by "The Management".
- A gift left on desks overnight with no one present.
- The same card for the person who carried the year and the person who joined last week.
- A big logo on the product. Put the logo on the tag, the note card or a wax seal, and let the person's name be the biggest word.
Our terms for a large team
Corporate orders start at 10 gifts, with no minimum order value. Your logo goes on the gift tag, note card or a wax seal. You get a GST invoice in your company's name. We deliver to one office or to every address on your list across India, and orders are prepaid as set out in the quote. Branded and personalised gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong. Everything is on our corporate answer page.
We are a small maker in Jalandhar and new to corporate gifting. For large personalised orders, the timeline depends on the quantity and your date, and we confirm it in the quote before you pay.
When the personal gift is not a candle
If your team is mostly remote and spread across countries, a voucher with a personal message may be more practical. If offices ban open flames and the gift is for the desk, choose a plant. If people would value time more than things, a team afternoon off with a handwritten note does the same job.
