• 10 or more, or you want the logo? That is a corporate order, from 10 gifts with no minimum order value. Your logo goes on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal; branding and lead time are confirmed in the quote.
• One office plus a few homes? We deliver to one office or to every address on a list, so the bulk can go to the office and the rest to the people who will not be there.
• You get a GST invoice, and the order is prepaid as set out in the quote. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery.

We dispatch in 24 to 48 hours and delivery takes 2 to 7 days after that, and a branded order takes longer, with the timeline set in your quote. We cannot promise a delivery date, so order well before the meet and check the delivery estimate for your pincode. If the date cannot move, choose a gift you can buy locally that morning.

Not the right fit for every hybrid team

If your team wants something practical for commuting, such as a bottle or a laptop sleeve, a merchandise supplier fits better. If the meet is in a co-working space that bans open flames, people will still take the candle home, but say so on the note.
