2. A memory book or photo book printer: each person writes a page, the book is printed and posted. Best when you have a week or two and someone to collect the pages.
3. A large gifting portal with a message card option: flowers, cakes and hampers with a short typed message, often same-day in big cities. Best when the farewell is tomorrow.

Getting the message right

• Collect the words before you order the gift. Ask the team for one line each by a fixed day. Then decide which format fits: a gift note suits a short team message; a long set of individual messages needs an e-card or a memory book alongside.
• Name what they did. "Thank you for training every new joiner in 2025 and 2026" beats "All the best for your future".
• Sign it as a team, then by name. "From the Finance team: Priya, Arjun, Meera..." makes it personal without a page per person.

• You want every colleague's message printed in full. Use a memory book or e-card, and send our gift with a short team note.
• The person is moving abroad next week. Give the message and something light, not a boxed candle.

If you send a candle, add one care line to the note: burn on a heat-proof surface, never leave it unattended, keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
