Which of these suits your order, and how it is done, depends on the quantity and your date. Both are confirmed in your quote before you commit.

What we do not do: we do not print logos on the candle wax itself, and we do not make printed merchandise like pens, mugs, keyrings or T-shirts. If logo merchandise is what you need, a promotional products supplier is the right call.

Why a branded tag beats a printed logo on the gift

A logo printed large on an object tends to turn it into merchandise: people use it at work and leave it there. A handmade piece with the brand on its tag or card is different. The person takes the candle home and keeps it on a shelf, and they remember who sent it because of the card, not because of a print.

For wedding return gifts, the same idea works with names or initials on the tags, in your colours, for 50 to 300 guests.

Have these ready and the first proposal will be much closer to what you want:

Your logo as a clean file, and which version (full colour, one colour, white on dark).
Where you want it: tag, note card or wax seal. If you are not sure, say so, and we will suggest one for the piece.
The message for the card, if there is one, or tell us you want one card per person with names.
Brand colours if you want the pieces matched (for example navy Spiral Pillars for a navy logo).
The number, the budget per gift and the date, and whether delivery is to one office or many addresses.

One rule to know before you approve: branded and personalised gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. So check the proof of the tag or card in the quote stage, not after delivery.
