Corporate gifts under Rs 200: the one handmade piece that fits, and how to make it work for 50 or 300 peopleCorporate gifts under Rs 200: the one handmade piece that fits, and how to make it work for 50 or 300 people

Only one piece fits under Rs 200, and here it is

We will be straight with you: at a budget under Rs 200 a gift, exactly one Raajkosh piece fits. It is the Spiral Pillar Candle, a single twisted pillar of pure soy wax, hand-poured in Jalandhar, at Rs 179 shop price in five colours: ivory, pink, blue, yellow and navy. The twist catches the light even when it is not lit, so it works as a small desk ornament as much as a candle.

Everything else we make is above Rs 200. The next pieces up are the Heart Bubble Candle at Rs 249 and a single Heart Rope Candle at Rs 279, so if your budget can stretch, see our page on gifts under Rs 300 instead.

The shop price is not the final number for a corporate order. Branding and delivery are priced in your quote, which confirms the final price per gift before you commit. If the final number must stay under Rs 200 including everything, say so in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

The set of five is not an under-Rs-200 gift, but it is useful if one team lead wants a full set on their own desk.

Making a Rs 179 piece look like a proper gift

Use your brand colour. Navy for a navy logo, blue or yellow for brighter brands, ivory if you want it to suit anyone. A row of 200 identical navy pillars on a registration desk looks deliberate.

Put the effort into the tag. Your logo goes on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal. On a small piece, a well-made tag with one line of thanks is what turns a token into a gift.

Hand them out where they make sense. Under-Rs-200 gifts are right for event giveaways, conference attendees, a town hall, a Diwali office party or a big team where everyone receives one. For a client or a senior colleague, a larger budget is kinder.

Send it with candle holders in mind. A pillar needs a holder or a small plate. Mention that on the card, or let people use it unlit on a shelf.

Other gifts companies buy under Rs 200

At this budget, companies in India commonly give sweets in small boxes, chocolates, printed pens and notebooks, keyrings, small succulents and stickers or badges for events. Promotional merchandise suppliers do these in large runs with the logo printed on the item. A spiral pillar is the choice when you want something handmade at the same budget, and the wrong choice if the venue does not allow candles (it can still be kept as decor).

How to order 10 to 300 Spiral Pillars

1. Tell us the number, the budget per gift, the date, the colour or colours, the branding, and one address or many.
2. Get a quote with the branding options, the timeline and the price with GST.
3. Approve and pay. Orders are prepaid, as set out in the quote; no cash on delivery.
4. Delivered to the office or the venue, or to every address, with a GST invoice in your billing name and GSTIN.

Orders start at 10 gifts, with no minimum order value. Under 10, just buy singles in the shop: they are Rs 179 each, with free shipping on orders of Rs 999 or more and Rs 79 below.

The lead time depends on quantity and your date and is confirmed in the quote. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Raajkosh is new to corporate gifting.

Ask for a quote at raajkosh.com/corporate and pick the "Under Rs 500" band, with a note that your ceiling is lower.

Safety for the card: burn on a heat-proof holder, never leave it unattended, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
