Raajkosh Braided Candles: four round soy wax candles with chunky braided rims in pink, blue, butter yellow and peach

Two Punes on one gift list: Hinjewadi and Chakan

Pune's corporate gifting splits neatly in two. On one side are the IT and services companies in Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta and Baner, with young teams, many of them in their first job and from other states. On the other are the automotive and engineering plants of Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon and Ranjangaon, with large shop-floor workforces, long-serving staff and a dealer and supplier network to thank. A Pune company with both an office and a plant needs a gift plan that works for each.

Raajkosh is a small maker of handmade soy wax candles in Jalandhar, Punjab. We take corporate orders from 10 gifts with no minimum order value, with your logo on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal, a GST invoice with your billing name, address and GSTIN, and delivery to one office or to every address on your list. We have no Pune office, store or warehouse. Every order ships from Jalandhar, and your quote confirms the timeline.

Ganeshotsav, Dasara and Diwali Padwa

Pune takes Ganeshotsav seriously; the public celebration has deep roots in the city, and many workplaces mark the ten days. Dasara is when many Maharashtra plants hold a pooja for their machines and tools, a natural day for a staff gift. Diwali, with Padwa and Bhau Beej, is the main gift for staff and dealers. Gudi Padwa in spring and Christmas and New Year for global IT teams round out the year, and joining kits run all year given how often Pune teams hire.

Soft colours for young Pune teams, festive pieces for the plant

Piece	Who it suits	Shop price; your quote confirms the final price per gift
Braided Candles	Four pastel candles with braided rims; made for a first flat, which suits a young IT team	Rs 849
Spiral Pillar Candles	Single twisted pillar for joining kits; set of five for a team lead	Rs 179 single, Rs 799 set of 5
Diya Candles	Six terracotta-red diyas; a Diwali gift for the whole plant	Rs 449
Matki Candles	Four hand-painted matki pots; for supervisors, long-service staff and dealers	Rs 599
Heart Bubble Candle	A small playful desk piece for an intern batch	Rs 249

At plant scale, keep to one piece: 50 sets of Diya Candles come to Rs 22,450 at shop prices before branding and delivery, and the quote confirms the actual total. For a dealer or client gift above Rs 999, Matki Candles with Diya Candles is Rs 1,048 at shop prices.

A shop floor is never a place to light a candle. Give it to take home, or send it home, and choose another gift if the plant bans flame items.

Sending gifts to PGs, shared flats and home towns

Many young Pune employees live in PGs and shared flats in Wakad, Hinjewadi Phase 1 or Viman Nagar, and some go home to Nagpur, Nashik, Indore or further for Diwali. Sending a gift to the office is simplest, but if a hybrid team is scattered, we can ship each gift to each person's address in the same order. Every parcel leaves Jalandhar by courier. We do not state a Pune delivery day on this page; it depends on quantity, branding and your date, and the quote states it. For consumer orders to your own Pune home, see our Pune and Ahmedabad delivery page.

What Pune HR teams also order

Pune companies also give sweet boxes and dry fruits, steel and brass utility gifts for plant staff, tech accessories and backpacks for IT teams, branded T-shirts for offsites, and vouchers. A gifting portal, a merchandise printer or a hamper company is the right supplier for those. A handmade candle fits the gift meant for a home: a first flat, a family mandir, or a festival table.
