Inside the box, budget by budget

A corporate gift box has two jobs: hold something worth keeping, and carry your name. At Raajkosh the box holds handmade soy wax candles, poured in Jalandhar, and your logo goes on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal. How many pieces go in depends on your budget per gift. These are the three budget bands on our corporate page, with what fits each.

Under Rs 500 a box: one piece. Best for large teams and event giveaways, where every box must be identical and easy to hand out.

Rs 1,000 and above a box: two or three pieces together. For clients, leadership and festival boxes that need to feel full.

Shop prices include GST. The box, the branding and delivery to many addresses are priced in your quote.

One piece or a full box: how to decide

Count the people first. For 150 people at an annual day, a one-piece box keeps the order simple and every box the same. For 15 key clients, a three-piece box is affordable and lands with more weight.

Think about where it is opened. Boxes opened at a desk in front of colleagues should all match. Boxes sent home can vary in colour, for example Spiral Pillars in different shades, without anyone comparing.

Do not overfill. Two or three pieces with space around them look more premium than five pieces crammed in. If the budget is large, choose bigger pieces rather than more of them.

Match the box to the moment. Diya, Matki and Urli shapes say Diwali. Seashells and the Vanilla Reverie jar suit any time of year: New Year, a work anniversary, a client thank-you.

Boxes we cannot fill for you

We only make candles, so we cannot add a diary, a pen, a bottle, a plant or a box of sweets. If your box must hold mixed items, a corporate gifting company that assembles boxes from many suppliers is the better choice, and you could ask them to include a handmade candle. Some companies also give plants, dry fruit boxes, tech accessories or vouchers instead of a box at all.

A candle box is also the wrong pick if the office bans open flames: choose shapes that look good unlit, like the Shankh or the Seashells, or choose another gift.

How a box order runs

You tell us the number of boxes, the budget per gift, the date, the branding and whether it goes to one address or many. We send a quote with the pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST. You approve and pay (prepaid, no cash on delivery). The boxes arrive with a GST invoice in your company's billing name and GSTIN.

Orders start at 10 boxes with no minimum order value; for fewer, buy from the shop. Lead time depends on quantity and date and is confirmed in the quote. Branded boxes cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
