Planning the giveaway around the venue

• Give us the venue address and the event date in the enquiry. We deliver to the venue, but we cannot promise a delivery date, so ask early. The lead time depends on the quantity and your date, and it is confirmed in the quote.
• Name someone at the venue to receive the boxes. Hotels and banquet halls often hold deliveries at a store; tell them a shipment is coming.
• Hand them out at exit, not on the seat. A candle box left on a chair gets knocked over. A table by the door with your team handing them over works better.
• Do not light them at the venue. Many venues and offices do not allow open flames. These are take-home gifts.
• One piece for everyone, or two tiers. A single piece keeps logistics simple for large counts. A second, larger piece for speakers or guests of honour is easy to add.

Making it a customised giveaway

Customised and personalised giveaways mostly mean branding: your logo on the tag, the note card or a wax seal, and a line of your own on the card (the event name, the year, a thank you). The exact branding options depend on quantity and date and are confirmed in your quote. Custom colours can be asked for through custom orders, by enquiry.

Common event giveaways in India include sweet boxes and dry fruits (for Diwali), printed tote bags, water bottles, diaries, desk plants and tech accessories. Printed merchandise is cheaper per head at very large counts. A candle works best when the event is festive or family-facing, and when you want the gift to be kept rather than put in a drawer.

3. Approve and pay. Prepaid, as set out in the quote; no cash on delivery.
4. Delivered to the venue with a GST invoice in your company's name.

Branded gifts are not returnable unless damaged, defective or wrong; report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Print a care line on the tag: burn on a heat-proof surface, never unattended, and keep each burn to 3 to 4 hours.
