Bulk means one piece, many times

When you are gifting 100, 200 or 300 people, the gift has to be the same for everyone, easy to pack, and simple to hand out or ship. Our corporate page says it plainly: pieces can be mixed into one gift box to reach a budget, or kept to a single piece for large teams. For bulk orders we recommend the single piece.

The basics for a bulk order from Raajkosh:

• Handmade soy wax pieces, hand-poured in Jalandhar, with your logo on the gift tag, the note card or a wax seal.
• A GST invoice with your billing name, address and GSTIN.
• Delivery to one office, one venue, or every address on your list across India.
• Prepaid, as set out in your quote. No cash on delivery.

About price: we do not publish a bulk rate or a discount. The quote confirms the final price per gift with branding and delivery for your quantity. The figures below are shop prices, so you can plan a budget, not a promise of what a bulk order costs.

Pieces that work at volume

For 100 gifts, double the figure; for 300, multiply by six. Vanilla Reverie is our only scented candle; the others are shaped decorative candles.

Planning a bulk order without surprises

Fix the headcount before the quote, then add a few spares. People join late, a box can arrive damaged, a new manager wants one for a guest. Ordering a handful over the count is easier than a second small order later.

One address or many changes the job. Two hundred gifts to one office is one delivery. Two hundred to two hundred homes is two hundred deliveries, and it is more work to pack and ship. Say which in the enquiry; we will ask for the address list once the quote is agreed.

Give us the real date. Handmade pieces are poured in small batches, so a bulk order takes time to make. The lead time depends on quantity and your date and is confirmed in the quote. We do not promise a date before we have looked at your order.

Check the branding proof once, carefully. Branded gifts cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or wrong, and at bulk volume a typo on 300 tags is expensive. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Mind the office rules. If your office bans open flames, tell people the piece is decor, or choose another gift.

When a bulk supplier of other goods suits better

For 1,000 or more pieces, or for printed merchandise like T-shirts, bottles, notebooks and pens, a promotional products company or a corporate gifting firm with warehouse stock is the better fit. Sweets and dry fruit boxes in bulk come from large mithai houses. We are a small, new workshop, and we are honest about that: our strength is a handmade piece that looks the same across a few hundred desks, not industrial volume.

How a bulk order goes

You send the number of gifts, the budget per gift, the date, the branding and the delivery plan. We send a quote with the piece or pieces, branding options, timeline and price with GST. You approve and pay as set out in the quote. We pack and deliver to the office, the venue or every address, with a GST invoice.

Orders start at 10 gifts, so a bulk order is welcome at any size above that.
