The short answer
Raajkosh ships from Jalandhar. We currently deliver within Punjab, and all-India delivery is opening shortly. Shipping is free above ₹999 (₹79 below), and you can pay by cash on delivery (₹49 fee) or UPI. Orders are dispatched in 24–48 hours and usually arrive 2–7 days after dispatch. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund; return requests for unused pieces must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are on our policy pages.

Returns & damage
Send photos or an unboxing video of any damage within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it free or refund you. Return requests for unused pieces must be made within 24 hours of delivery. See the returns policy for details.
Cash on delivery
Pay by cash on delivery (₹49 fee) or by UPI: choose UPI / Bank transfer at checkout, pay to vidhigoel07022006-1@oksbi and send the screenshot on WhatsApp (+91 85958 24586). We dispatch once the payment is confirmed. Cards and net banking are coming soon.
